Lexington artists, community work together to stop violence

For Dani Greene her art is her words. The artist usually spray paints and draws murals, but on Sunday violence was the subject and a t-shirt-press was her pen.

"We've had a big loss here," Eddie Matthews, owner of Richmond restaurant Sidelines, said. "Everybody knows about Officer Ellis and badge #457."

Dani Greene recently just finished a mural of 15 year old Trinity Gay, but her list continues to grow. She will now start on a mural for Maryiah Coleman.
