The next time you see a driver do something dangerous, illegal, or just plain rude, some new technology can call them out.
A new smart phone app, called "Drive Me Crazy," can help you report bad drivers.
Once you download the app, all you have to do is say, or type, the offender's license plate, then write a "virtual ticket," or leave a voice message.
That message then appears on the app's web site for everyone to see, including parents, police, and insurance companies.
The app's developer says it can give you a chance to vent.
"Giving drivers feedback, but also calling them out in public so they know they should behave a bit better on the road," Philipe Inghelbrecht, who developed the app, said.
"Drive Me Crazy" has already received more than 20,000 reports.
The people behind the app do review comments, and they will remove those considered inappropriate or malicious.
