When People think of Basketball Dynasties in the Mountains, just a handful of teams come to mind.

There is something about tournament play that stands above the rest when it comes to basketball.

I got a chance to cover Pikeville high school's Play 4Kay event this past Saturday. It was Pikeville's second annual event in support of breast cancer awareness.
