At the same time the South Laurel Lady Cardinals are setting their own records. UK signee Emily Gaines just recently set the record for the most hits in a career and the most doubles in a career. She also now finds herself two games shy of tying the mark for most consecutive games with a hit as Gaines is now at 41. Below is the story on both programs.
