Ky. to receive $6 million from online gambling case

Hello everybody!
Alex Risen here. I just started at WYMT about a week ago in the sports department and wanted to let everyone in the coverage area know how excited I am to be here! Please feel free to follow me on Facebook (Alex Risen WYMT 57 Mountain News) or Twitter (@AlexWYMT). You can email me at alex.risen@wymtnews.com with any story ideas or just to talk sports. Also, check out the Sports Overtime page on wymt.com or on Twitter as well (@SportsOT)
I'm a big basketball fan and with the NBA Finals on right now...I'd love to see the Mavs win. Big fan of teams with heart and determination that never quit. I've played everything from the best sport in the bluegrass (basketball of course!) to soccer and even volleyball. The biggest thing I've learned from each of them is that enjoying your time on the court or field is essential to success. You can't win as an individual or as a team unless you love what you do and for the right reasons.
Anyway, just wanted to say hello and hopefully get some interactive conversations going here on the blog page! If you have any questions about/ for me or the sports team or even WYMT in general, please ask them! Without you, we wouldn't exist. Can't wait to meet as many of you as possible and develop an even stronger bond between WYMT and your family!
Thank you for letting us be a part of your day however you use us!
