Kentucky wins Game One in the Bahamas

The Kentucky basketball team won game one 74-49 in game one in the Bahamas on Sunday.

The Kentucky basketball team opened their Bahamas tour by winning their first game Sunday afternoon 74-49 over Puerto Rico’s national team reserves.

Aaron Harrison led the Wildcats with 15 points, and Alex Poynthress and freshman Karl Anthony-Towns both had 10 points.

The Wildcats had 18 points off of turnovers, scored 34 points in the paint and outrebounded Puerto Rico 41-36.

Kentucky will play five more games starting with game two Monday at 1 p.m. EST. on ESPNU against Champagne Chalons-Remis.
