The Letter "N"....

NEVER SAY NEVER! (thank you Justin Bieber...thank you)

Greatest comeback moments in sports (well...some ones I remember anyway)...in no particular order...just nice memories or thoughts...enjoy!

BYU over SMU in 1980 Holiday Bowl...capped by "Hail Mary" pass to win game...played this one a lot on NCAA Football video game!

How about Gary Player being 7 strokes off the lead headed in to the final round of the 1978 Masters? He shot a 30 on the back 9...enough said...well played Mr. Player.

Every UK fan remembers this one...if for some reason you don't...watch this and try to imagine how great this feat truly is...the Cats trailed the LSU Tigers 68-37 after the first half. Second half comes around and the Cats earn their nickname "Comeback Cats" or "Cardiac Cats"...either way...when you outscore your opponent 62-27 in the final 15 minutes and pull out the 4-point win...you're good...like real good.

...and just for fun...the beat-down UK put on LSU two years later in 1996...score at half 86-42...simply stunning...

Michigan St. beats Northwestern after trailing 38-3 in the 3rd...

The infamous Reggie Miller at the Garden! Like 8 points in 9 seconds...closest thing I've seen live to this was UofL hosting Tennessee basketball in one of Pitino's first year's with Gaines and Northern going off to complete a comeback...

I won't say anything...but it happened and it was an amazing moment in sports history...so here you go...

Not really a great comeback...but as noted in an earlier post...a great game and truly turned a program around...

And the Red Sox in 2004 after being down 0-3 to the Yankees in the ALCS...kind of made me like baseball...
