Updated: 12:18 PM Over the last week, I had the opportunity to head back to Richmond, Kentucky for another All "A" State basketball tournament. This makes the fourth year in a row that I have gone to the event. The first time I was there was back in January of 2007, but what did this year's All "A" get me thinking about?
