The SPC has highlighted parts of eastern Kentucky under a slight risk for severe weather. It's the only bump in the road this week. It's all gravy after that!

I'll begin watching this during the early morning hours on Thursday (because I am working the AM News... THANKS BRANDON... LOL) The primary timeframe for this activity to get going will happen during the afternoon & evening hours.
As many of you know... the tropics are still red hot and one of the forecast models is beginning to pick up on another storm that could come OUR way. It is still quite a ways out and the track will change 50 times if this storm even develops. I just wanted to let you see what COULD be coming within the next 2 weeks.
It's nothing to write home about.. just one of the interesting long range features that has been popping up here lately. The track from the previous run had the remnants of this system rolling right over Kentucky.
