Clouds Slowly Pull Away

If the clouds will just get out of here everything will be fine! The clouds are on the way out, but it's taking for ever!

During my weathercasts on Wednesday I showed a map that had temps and clouds on the same map. Under the clouds here in Kentucky we reported temps in the 40s and low 50s. You go just outside of Kentucky in to Missiouri and you found temps in the mid 60s. This cloud cover is not only keeping those warmer temps out, but it kind of makes it look a little depressing out there as well. Now that I have taken you down into the pits with me... let's try to find our way back up to the top of the weather world!

The forecast will begin to shape up quite nicely for us on Thursday. Though it may take a while for all of the clouds to get out of the region. However, if something happens and all of them are gone by noon.... we could push the 70 degree mark easily! The catch is that I don't see that happening... so highs will stick in the mid 60s! Friday & Saturday will both stay in the 70s. These days should be really nice. It might even be hard to find a cloud in the sky on Friday.

This Sunday will need a little extra attention paid to it for a couple of reasons! Showers & storms begin approaching the region again. A pretty decent shot of cooler air looks like it will arrive for early next week. Highs by Monday will be back in the 50s. Tuesday is a back and forth kind of thing for me though. One data set shows the warmest it gets all day could be in the 40s. Much like this Wednesday. Nearly, the same type of a set-up!

This could change... so right now I am sticking with mid to high 50s for highs. If this keeps showing up I'll have to go with this for highs!
