A Couple Of Nice Ones

The sunshine and warm temps have returned and will likely stick with us for a couple of days.

If sunshine is your thing then the next couple of days will be a treat for you! That's about the most exciting thing that will be going on around here. Well... at least until the second half of the weekend!

Friday looks gorgeous! Daytime highs will make it into the low 70s throughout the region. We'll probably see a few clouds drift in and out of the sky. That should be about it though. A great day to really get outside and enjoy!

Saturday will probably feature more clouds... especially later in the day. Another storm system is coming together out in the Plains and Kentucky will end up in the path. This means showers & storms come our way on Sunday. With all that cloud cover and rain around I think temps will be held in the low 60s for highs.

This Sunday system will also bring back cooler air to Kentucky. Monday and Tuesday are looking unseasonably chilly!!!!! Highs only in the low 50s and 40s. I mentioned this yesterday... so rather than waiting until Friday to jump onboard I have super bounced onto this pattern. The last couple of cold outbreaks have been dead on with this data that I am using as my reference. So I have quite a bit of confidence in what I am seeing.

DON'T FORGET... Guest Weather at Hillbilly Days in Pikeville on Friday! At 1:30pm A few of us will be taking part in the "Outhouse Race" in Pikeville.

Sunday may be a day with showers & storms, but the only thing it will be raining in Corbin will be 3's when I single handedly take out the Globetrotters! Come see us at 2pm for the game.

C-Ya Bye
