Brodway live announces new season
Posted: 11:07 PM - A little bit of Broadway came to downtown Lexington tonight.
Some locations in southern & eastern Kentucky picked up a few inches of rain. While there were other locations that picked up a lot less! The rounds of heavy rain are not finished just yet! It still looks like the saturated ground will have more rain come into play. This could lead us back down the path of more flooding.
In case you can't tell... the ground is soaked! Some of the creeks and streams have gotten a little full. Well let's try a lot full! As we head into out Tuesday... I think most locations will stay dry. However, there will be some shower activity later in the day. It's one of those situations where it could be a near miss. Then again, it could be a direct hit! Anyway... Tuesday shoud stay mainly dry with the chance of some quick showers later!
Wednesday... that's the day we'll see the next big round of rain. I'll just be honest with you... there could be a few more inches possible out of this one. So the flood threat is still on an elevated level.
Here's the reason... well... the reasons why I am still concerned about the flood potential!
