The Thunder Keeps Rolling

Another day with several severe thunderstorm warnings and flash flooding. Once again it appears that flash flooding has taken center stage for some communities in eastern Kentucky.

One of those things we dread most has happened again in eastern Kentucky. More flash flooding in parts of Pike County. I can only be brief due to a new Tornado Watch for parts of eastern Kentucky, but here are the reports.

            FLOOD WATER WAS REPORTED TO BE ENTERING HOMES AND SOME  
            NEARBY ROADS WERE REPORTED TO BE IMPASSABLE DUE TO  
            FLOODING. HOMES WERE ALSO REPORTED TO HAVE BEEN FLOODED  
            IN RACOON ALONG WITH MULTIPLE WASHOUTS REPORTED ALONG DRY 
            BRANCH ROAD.

            TO LAUCH A BOAT TO RESCUE PERSON TRAPPED IN VEHICLE.
