Travis Gaines attends graduation ceremony with classmates
Updated: 11:33 PM - A Lexington teen, who was paralyzed after a diving incident while on spring break in April, attends his high school graduation ceremony.
I know many of you have probably seen or heard about flooding across Kentucky. It even hit the commonwealth's largest city pretty hard. I saw all kinds of video from Louisville showing the high waters in the streets and other places. As far as I know... nothing like that has happened in southern or eastern Kentucky... at least to that extent! I have seen reports of some low-lying roads being water covered.
We are under the Flash Flood Watch until noon Wednesday. This is a good call on the part of the NWS folks. The ground is very saturated and there is still plenty of moisture out there. You put those two together and we run into the same old song and dance that we all know so very well!

All of us are under the watch!
The rain should begin wrapping up late Wednesday night and into Thursday. Once this happens things look really nice and dry heading into the weekend!
