Jail forced to reduce community service program
1 mins ago - County officials say the community service program at a western Kentucky jail has been severely reduced due to a new state law.
This next cold front will also bring some cooler air into the region for weekend. It won't be one of those significant drops like we experiencde earlier this week. It'll be a little more subtle. The highs we had leading up to the last cool blast reached the 60s & 70s in most areas. Then the drop held temps into the 40s. Nothing like that my friends. Afternoon temps for Saturday will be cool... probably hanging out in the 50s.

You see the big area of moisture spreading through the region during the afternoon hours on Friday. We could still see the rain hanging around for area football games. I am leaning more towards scatered for that time period. Earlier in the day we see more widespread rain.

By late Saturday, the moisture is wrapping around. That's the scattered stuff I mentioned above. Some of this may end up being cloud cover alone.

The end result will bring the cool overnight lows in for at least one morning. Another recovery comes our way into next week.
