Missing Kentucky man found
Posted: 11:49 PM - Some good news tonight for the family of a Kentucky man that's been missing for more than two weeks.
The first wave of widespread rain moved through on Wednesday. The next wave of rain will move through on Thursday. This one could have a few more heavier downpours associated with this round. Nothing that would cause flash flooding... just a little heavier than what we were seeing on Wednesday.

Keep up with the rain here on the PinPoint Doppler!
The temperature situation was just as messy as I figured it would be! The cooler line did come a little farther south than I expected. The data handled it pretty well though. That gap should begin to disappear on Thursday. We could see a big difference from north to south early on, but eventually I think even the north will see those temps warm up past the cold areas they have been in these last few days.
Above you see the gap in the temps is narrowing for Thursday. This data has really done well with the spilt so I support it from the bottom of my heart!
The next wave of moisture will get here on Thursday. That means we'll all seemore rain falling all over the place!
WRF Thursday PM GFS Thursday PM

The GFS has an earlier arrival time for the heavier rain. The track of the low is very similar! With this in mind it looks like the best chance of rain will occur during the late afternoon and into the evening.
WRF Fri Afternoon GFS Fri Afternoon

The WRF clears the rain out a little earlier on Friday than the GFS. I think we should all be rain free by Friday afternoon!
Saturday is looking awesome! There is a hint in the data that we could see highs pretty close to the 60 degree mark. I haven't bought that just yet... I am renting to own it right now and I could end up making that purchase very soon! Either way it will be an awesome day! I am nearly certain that I will be making a tee time some where. The two issues I will likely run into on Saturday will be the wet fairways and the winds will begin picking up as another storm gets ready to move over KY!
That Sunday system could bring a few thunderstorms and will also bring winter back into focus! I'll chat more about that later!
