Winter Woes

I am nearly to the point of no return with snow. As many of you know... I am truly a huge fan. Maybe what was going on was the fact that I didn't see decent amounts of the white stuff for several years. Now... I can't get rid of the pesky stuff!

I am ready to have a post that doesn't include the mention of snow anywhere across the board! That hasn't happened in a while, but I remain hopeful. The lack of snow in the forecast would make me rest easy on a Friday I don't mind snow during the week! That's actually quite enjoyable. The weekend stuff is for the birds.

Snow will be with all of us during the overnight and especially into the day on Saturday. It should be heaviest overnight and during the first part of Saturday. Just so you know... the snow will once again be the wet heavy type. The higher the totals the worse the situation could get for your area.

I am going to show you a snowfall map for the folks to the east of us. I grabbed this out of a national story we aired about the true winter storm that has rolling along.

Local CBS Affiliate, WUSA 9, in Wshington D.C. has this forecast.
