Snowfall... So Far

Posted: Tue 3:28 PM, Feb 16, 2010

The main energy passed by yesterday and now we are waiting on this system to completely wrap-up. I am expecting more accumulation.

The snow has really been adding up in some areas out there. The rest of us will see another chance for these totals to hit the forecast soon!

The folks over at the NWS Jackson posted this image for snowfall so far.

In order for my forecast to become a reality I will need the snow to pile up in all of those areas that only have an inch or so. The good news for my forecast is... that looks like it will be the case. The heavy bands of snow will work back into the region.

The Winter Weather Advisory is out for most of our region through Wednesday Afternoon.

Another 1"-3" will be possible tonight.
