Oklahoma tornado victims returning to homes
25 mins ago - Residents of Moore, Okla., are returning to homes left in pieces by Monday's tornado.
The set-up will stay very dry and warm this week. I am hoping that part of this system will have enough strength to make it here on Wednesday. I am afraid that I am only being optimistic. The wall that is making these systems run around us is a pretty tough one. It will lose influence by the end of the week and actually let a nice shot of rain in for Friday night into Saturday, but it will be hard for anything to get here before that point.
This "Wall" will keep traffic from coming into KY. Some pretty big players will meet their match when trying to penetrate the wall and make a new path to get here. That's where the redirecting comes into play.

I am afraid that this is as close as the rain will get during the week.

I do think it will be close enough that we could see some decent cloud cover, but rain for us isn't looking as good as I would like! The weekend looks much better at this point. We need these persistent rounds of rain, otherwise, we'll be in trouble with the forest fires.
Up until the weekend it looks like highs will stay in the 70s and low to even some mid 80s.
