Eastern Kentucky Weather

A Calm & Dry Period

Posted: Mon 9:51 PM, Jun 07, 2010

One of those fronts that I have been waiting for finally made it through KY. The end result is what you have been seeing out there this last day and a half.

The muggy air packed up and left town. It was actually refreshing to walk outside on Sunday evening. Monday wasn't bad either! As we all know... this won't last and the next round of heat, humidity, and scattered showers will be coming soon!

Look at these lows for Monday morning.

The highs weren't bad!

It will be a little warmer and a perhaps somewhat muggier on Tuesday. Once this next warm front scoots on by we'll see the thermometer climb again.

The daily threat of showers and storms will begin on Wednesday!
