Lightning strike causes damage to Laurel County church
Updated: 6:55 PM - Like many near tragedies the story of what happened to London’s First Pentecostal Church is described as something that could have been much worse.
If someone can bottle up sunshine and sell it off of a cart... you might be a BILLIONAIRE by Saturday. The showers and wintry mix will continue through the weekend. At least the first part of Saturday will include more wintry weather.
Temps will hang around 10-15 degrees below normal again on Friday. Which will be awesome compared to the 30 degree highs we have seen the last couple of days. We just can't get out of winter! This is not that unusual... March always features wild swings in weather. That will continue into the first part of April.
The radar will calm down for a little while and then it begins to pick up again!
By the end of the weekend and early next week highs will be closer to normal and then above normal by Monday & Tuesday. The potential for some storms is also in the mix for earl next week. We still have a few days... but I'll continue to monitor that!
Ok... here's a good weather song for you... LOL
OK... I'll have more on Friday!
