UK arrests 2 men over incident with Pakistan plane
Posted: 10:23 AM - British police say two men have been arrested on suspicion of endangerment of an aircraft after an incident on a civilian plane flying from Pakistan to England.
It is getting messy out there and it will continue through at least Thursday. Right now... here's how the watch looks!
A flood watch has been issued for the following counties:
Bell, Clay, Floyd, Harlan, Knott, Knox, Leslie, Letcher, MCCreary, Martin, Perry, Pike, and Whitley.
Now the Winter Weather Advisory counties:
Estill, Johnson, Magoffin, Morgan, Powell, Rowan, and Wolfe
Basically, I think folks in the flood watch counties will pick up around 1-2" of rain between now and Thursday morning.
The icing forecast is a little more tricky and could change once this system really sinks its teeth into our region. But in those counties I think at least a tenth of an inch will be possible. Maybe even a little more in some areas.
I'll have another update later!
