A Quick Update

Posted: Wed 12:52 AM, Dec 22, 2010

Let's keep our fingers crossed the the new data will stay in place. But it won't!

First I need to address something that was brought to my attention by a friend of mine. I mentioned on the air that one of the models (the same one I keep showing you guys) was showing 4"-6" by mid-day Christmas. That's not my forecast! My 11" comment came from the snow from the back side of this system. There would be enough moisture to squeeze out a few more inches if it played out! Again... no forecast! LOL

Now... that I have vented! LOL.. let's consider the new data from the GFS.

GFS 7am Saturday

GFS 1pm Saturday

The track has dipped even further south. Let's see if it holds. It's a long way from deciding where it will travel! Fun times are coming...

Here is the GFS latest run for snowfall... NOT MY FORECAST! Gotta be careful

OK... Good night!

C-Ya Bye
