Motorists paying about the same as last year for gas
19 mins ago - A holiday weekend doesn't always mean higher gas prices. That's according to Gregg Laskoski, who's a senior petroleum analyst with GasBuddy.com.
Just as we were finally warming things up... a cold front comes into play and will change the face of our weather again. We'll see our nice daytime highs in the 70s fall all the way back down into the 50s by Saturday. A couple more waves of energy will of course assist in the process.
The area of low pressure that was part of this latest system to pass through Kentucky will not quickly disappear. We will feel the influence of the low on Friday and Saturday. I think Friday has better chances for rain rain from the low... You can see that below!
EURO Saturday Afternoon

The bulk of the moisture is well to our north. But some of that energy might have enough reach to throw a few showers around here in eastern KY. I honestly think most of us will remain rain free!
The clouds and cooler air will hang right in here too. Saturday will probably max out around 56 for most. That's an average for our region!
If we can get past this cool shot... next week looks absolutely delightful :)
C-Ya bye
