Beverage group: 18 mayors wrong on sugary drinks
Posted: 11:47 PM - The American Beverage Association says efforts by the mayors of 18 cities to stop food stamps from being used to buy sugary drinks won't make the nation healthier.
Listen... I'm truly sorry that I haven't posted all day. I have been at the East KY Sport, Boat, and RV Show. Did I have access to a computer? Yes! Did I have time to post anything? No! That's what I am trying to make up to you right now.
If Saturday was Tuesday night I would tell you to hold on to your hats... we are in for a good one! A very good one!!!!!! We are still a few days away so I am not throwing up the white flag and surrendering to Mother Nature. There is plenty of time for things to get better. Unfortunately, things could get worse. What could come is something even you snow lovers would hate! Again, this is a few days away!
EURO 7pm Tues EURO 1am Weds

What do I see here? Plenty of moisture running into some relatively cold air! This is a good helping of water for the folks in east KY. That helping wouldn't be rain... it would be snow or a mix at one point.
EURO 7am Weds EURO 1pm Weds

The system has really gotten strong! by 7am Weds. The tighter the black lines are... the more intense! It almost looks like something tropical. Walking outside will be a chore with strong winds blowing snow all over the place. This would be a bear!
That's one model run... let's check another!
Canadian 7pm Tues Canadian 1am Weds Canadian 7am Weds

Canadian 7pm Weds

The Canadian has been dropping the hammer with several storms this year. And then the worst case didn't happen. But the EURO is dancing pretty close to what we are seeing with the Canadian. So I will give it my attention... for now!
The good ole GFS isn't picking up on this system until late in the game. I mean it's like these two were looking at a 1080p HD Picture and the GFS is looking at a 10" black and white?!?! Or Trying to find Hazard, KY on a map of Europe! We'll see how this plays out this weekend. Will these three come together or stay the same? That will all play out this weekend.
I will have full updates at different points this weekend. I'll have computer access and I will use it as much as possible.
I don't like taking the gloom and doom route, but this looks interesting with all kinds of potential! I'll keep looking over the data and keep you as updated as I possibly can.
C-Ya Bye
