It was another chilly day across the mountains of Eastern Kentucky. The pesky upper level low that has been bringing us active weather this week is slowly moving on through the Ohio Valley. It's going to continue pushing out of the region this weekend, but until it leaves we've got more chilly air heading our way. In fact it may get cool enough we will deal with some patchy frost in the morning.
Once we get into next week temperatures start to climb. It's looking like we will see highs returning to the 70s early week. If you're a fan of the 80s, they should return on Wednesday. Check out the GFS high temperatures for Wednesday.
However with the warmer weather comes chances for those summer time pop-up showers.
Have a great weekend!
