Cooling Down, Then Warming Up

Chief Meteorologist Shane Smith is watching a cool end to the week before a big warm up next week.

Has it been soggy enough for you today?  You'd have to be a member of the Adams Family to enjoy the dreariness of the day with the clouds, chilly temperatures, and persistent rain showers.  As we head into the overnight the rain will begin to taper off, but we will see some lingering drizzle and mist in it's wake.  A few more showers are possible tomorrow morning.

Friday will be partly cloudy and still a bit on the cool side as we see highs only top out in the 60s.  The weekend looks warmer though as we head back into the 70s with a mix of sun and clouds.

Next week looks even warmer as we will like make a run to the 80s by the middle of next week.

I for one can't wait for the warmth to return.
