First Widespread Snowfall On The Way

The first decent round of snow looks like it is on the way to our region!

Here's a look at the Winter Weather Advisory for the highest elevations!

Snowfall will accumulate in the higher elevations quicker. That looks to begin around the start of the advisory. The begins at 1pm and runs through 11pm.

The 2"-4" will be more likely in the higher elevations.

Updated: 6:22 PM - The collapse of that bridge in Washington state is raising questions here in Kentucky about the safety of the more than 13-thousand bridges in the Commonwealth. We've learned a bridge is closed this mid-day because state highway officials deemed it too unstable for traffic.
