Coroner: Hiker fell to death at Red River Gorge
Posted: 8:53 PM - Investigators say the body of the hiker, who's from out of state, was found around 5 p.m. Tuesday.
As we head into the fourth of July weekend it looks like our run of lower humidity will be cut short. I walked out of the station at around 9:30pm on Wednesday night and it almost felt like FALL... which next to winter... is my favorite season!!!!
The nice refreshing air will not last forever! A big push of hot air will be making a run at KY on Friday and into the weekend. Humidity & heat will run the show for the weekend and into next week. Daytime highs will run right around 90 and heat indices I suspect will be much warmer!

The heat builds in pretty good to our West and it will push in on Friday. The humidity really runs the show during the weekend!
