Beverage group: 18 mayors wrong on sugary drinks
Posted: 11:47 PM - The American Beverage Association says efforts by the mayors of 18 cities to stop food stamps from being used to buy sugary drinks won't make the nation healthier.
Isaac is taking its sweet time moving through Louisiana but it will eventually pay a visit to parts of KY. It looks as though the heaviest rain will fall across western KY. We could see some of the rains and gusty winds right here in the mountains. Just not as much!

What you see above is the latest HPC forecast. Western KY has better chances of seeing some of the heavier rounds of rain. The cut-off looks pretty sharp right now. But if Isaac turns a little more towards the south... we'll have our chances here too!

The NHC track looks just like it has these past couple of days. Very little change showing up on this map.

The EURO has rain finally showing up here by Saturday afternoon. I do think that some other bands of showers and storms will likely start working into KY by Friday... just not the solid shield of rain.

The GFS... which has been something else here lately... Is a little more aggressive and pushes the moisture into KY on Friday evening. Yes... I agree there will be some moisture... but the GFS is throwing more than I agree with!
I'll have another update coming up soon!
