Police: Drunk driver hits police cruiser
Updated: 7:50 AM - A Lexington Police cruiser was hit by another car during a traffic stop.
It looks like we could see some rain from the remnants of Lee. This system has all kinds of rain potential for all of eastern KY. The final path will really tell the tale though.

It will be a slow mover so heavy rains will be the biggest concern. If it keeps some of the other tropical charecteristics... we could also be on the tornadic side of the storm. That generally happens on the north east side of the storm. So again... something we will have to watch very closely! The fact the we will also have a front stalled out over the area will keep the rain chances alive for a little while longer... so definitely a mess!

According to the HPC's forecast we could see anywhere between 2" and 5" of rainfall by Wednesday evening. It seems just about right! Due to our recent dry spell we can probably withstand a decent amount of rainfall... but... some areas could pick up even more which could result in isolated flash flooding!
I'll keep you posted!
