Mid-Week Heavy Rains

Posted: Tue 5:10 AM, Mar 08, 2011

Here we go again!!! Another round of heavy rain is expected to cruise into the area during the middle of the week!

Just what we needed to hear... more heavy rain will be coming our way! The entire area will officially go under a flood watch on Wednesday and that will run through Thursday.

I'm thinking we could see anywhere from 1"-3" of rainfall this go around! You factor in the last two big rain events and we have ourselves the making for more flooding. Waters have had time to recede... but in some cases not enough time! You can check the river stages here...

It's late and I think my eyelids are bleeding...LOL... I'll post a rainfall graphic on Tuesday!
