Nearly 60 degree temperature swing in 36 hours

Get ready for one wild ride as temperatures will go from the 70s into the mid teens then back to the 60s. It's a crazy rollercoaster ride of weather.

To say the forecast is looking crazy over the next 36 hours might be the understatement of the winter. And that would be saying something considering the winter we've had.  Here's how it all breaks down. A strong cold front will bring us showers and storms tomorrow morning.  Temperatures will be into the 60s and winds will begin gusting  upwards of 40 miles per hour.  By tomorrow evening temperatures will drop to the mid 30 to lower 30s and snow will begin flying across the mountains.

Most of the region should pick up less than an inch of snow.

The bigger story will be the wind chills Thursday morning.  We will likely dip down into the single digit wind chills, which is unusual for early March.

The  good news is the cool down doesn't last too long, temperatures will be rebound by the weekend.  However we may dip again early next week.  Check out the 7-day forecast.

Buckle up my friends, it's going to be a wild ride.
