Posted: 2:53 PM - The painting depicts the island from across the East River against a dark silhouette of buildings. The island was renamed for President Franklin Roosevelt in 1971.
This is not a change from my overall snowfall forecast... that stays the same! What you will see here is snowfall from late Tuesday night through Thursday night!

So nothing has really changed in the overall picture. This is for tonight through Thursday!!!!!!! The other graphic for the overall event STILL STANDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Most areas will pick up between 1"-3" Tuesday afternoon-Tuesday night. With more accumulations possible on Wednesday and Thursday.
I'll have a full update tonight!
