13 mins ago - The shooting happened around 8 p.m. Wednesday on Ryan Circle, off North Mount Tabor Road.
I came in at 2pm on Wednesday and left at 7am Thursday. I didn't shut my eyes until around 10am. I tried... just couldn't sleep! So I am sorry for not updating this through the day!
The mess is nearly over... just freezing drizzle expected out there tonight.
I'll have a full update later tonight!
