2 mins ago - A southern Kentucky grandfather is speaking out, about the charges he faces from jail that accuse him of trying to kidnap his granddaughter.

Pay close attention to the Middlesboro storm report. I have it in BOLD print above. Numerous reports coming in suggest that a tornado touched down in that area. I can tell you that there was a storm that blew through Bell County... I can also tell you that it didn't look that impressive on radar. However, given the conditions of the atmosphere on Tuesday afternoon a brief tornado could have briefly spun up and moved through those areas in the report. I can also tell you that many cases like this end up being caused by straightline winds. I'm not sure without seeing the damage firsthand. At last check... the NWS will likely send out a storm survey team to determine what caused the damage. We'll know for sure by Wednesday afternoon.
The cooler air will now become the big story. Not that it should... highs are going to be closer to normal and a little under later this week.
