White-Black Friday?

Posted: Thu 10:34 PM, Nov 25, 2010

Yeah... I went there! Couldn't resist the whole "White Snow" on "Black Friday"

The more I look at what's coming our way for Friday... the more I think some very light accumulation could be possible. Especially, in the higher elevations! Most of us won't see the snowfall accumulate, but I think all of us will see the snow come down. It will certainly put you in the Christmas spirit!

The rain will begin changing over to snow from west to east around 4am. It will begin in Pulaski, Laurel, Wayne, & McCreary first and work its way eastward.

I think the image below has the best handle on the Black Friday snow. While most areas won't have a significant amount on the ground (as mentioned above) these areas will have some slushy stuff to deal with.

Happy hunting!
