One killed, another airlifted after shots fired in Owsley County
Updated: 12:04 AM - Trooper Paul Blanton confirmed a man has died, after shots were fired in Owsley County Saturday night.
After a big system brings rain to us on Tuesday... Mother Nature will also bring back the winter weather machine. It all begins on Tuesday night and runs through the weekend. That's several chances of snow shower activity. The big question... accumulation? I am not sold on any significant accumulation.

What makes this such a difficult forecast is the fact that all of the snow in our region won't be on the ground at the same time. Not that there will be an abundance of snow, but it's tricky! I have to keep the mention of snow alive throughout the forecast. These snow forecasts you are seeing are totals and in many cases in the past they would reflect what would be on the ground. This go around we have so many small chances that it slowly adss up over the duration. However, We'll also throw rain into the mix which will cut back on many of these totals. This is going to be an extended period of nasty weather... plain and simple.
I'll give you another Wintry Update later!
