Posted: 9:57 PM For years I have made it quite clear that I am a fan of snow. What I might be a bigger fan of is sunshine and about 72. Those two go together better than peanut butter and pickles... what? I thought everyone loved pickles...LOL
Posted: 10:21 PM Don't let the great weather make you lazy! By default... it makes me a little lazy because of the simple lack of anything going on anywhere.
Posted: 10:05 PM The WOWs will really come into play later this week. Daytime highs have the potential to reach the mid and upper 70s. That will make all of us stand up and say WOW!!!
Posted: 10:37 PM Tuesday was one of those days, here in Hazard, that I consider awesome. It wasn't too hot... it wasn't too cold! I feel like I am retelling Goldie Locks and The Three Bears.
Posted: 10:31 PM Maybe Kentucky's spring found the way to Panama Beach, Daytona, or Cancun. It was certainly absent on Monday. There won't be many signs on Tuesday either. It will look a little better though.
Posted: 2:22 AM It may officially be spring, but that really doesn't matter much. Temps are going to take a hit and we could see some snow shower activity very soon.
Updated: 10:49 PM With 11pm newscasts starting late on Thursday & Friday I should have plenty of time to reflect on the weather. I do have that! I also have to work the AM news again on Friday morning... yuck!
Posted: 10:52 PM Clouds and cool temps ruled the Monday pattern. This won't last all week though... more sun and some very nice temps will be coming our way!
Updated: 11:30 PM Storms rolled through on Friday afternoon and some were packing a decent punch. As the weekend rolls on... the chances of strong or severe storms will go down.
Posted: 10:35 PM The days haven't been pretty, but it sure has been warm! Highs in the 60s and in some cases the 70s have even been showing up around here!
Posted: 10:36 PM There were probably a lot of oh yeah's this past weekend. It wasn't off the charts warm, but it certainly set the stage for Monday afternoon.
Posted: 9:57 PM The snowy conditions started showing up in some areas on Friday afternoon... while others folks still had the sunshine. I think it will end up being more snow and less sun soon!
Posted: 4:59 PM The sunshine and lack of snow makes one think that the end has finally arrived! Not the case... light accumulations will be possible this weekend!
Posted: 10:03 PM The mess of Thursday morning had more to do with the ice rather than the snow. Sure some of us picked up some good amounts, but most of the problems came from the slickness!
