Family of shooting victim starting petition for harsher punishment

Posted: 1:32 PM - Earlier this month, Joseph Richardson pleaded guilty to reckless homicide and Kenneth Wadkins pleaded guilty to manslaughter for their roles in the death of Rocardo Cole. Five years were recommended for both men. That hasn’t sat well with the family of the victim, so now they’re doing something about it.
