Posted: 10:17 PM Highs are climbing into the 80s for everyone coming up on Friday. Some locations hit 80 on Thursday, but everyone gets in on the 80 degree action soon!

Posted: 10:35 PM The clouds and scattered showers have been around for the last couple of days here in eastern Kentucky. Just as soon as this pattern breaks we'll see more of what we had late last week!

Posted: 9:36 PM The rain fell across eastern Kentucky for a better part of the day on Tuesday. The moderate showers got out of the region and left some light drizzle behind.

Posted: 11:11 PM The severe weather that rolled through Sunday night opened to door for some extremely cold air! That's what we have in place now. Just a little taste of winter.

Updated: 9:59 PM As I sit here on this Sunday night... I see some pretty strong storms brewing in western Kentucky. These storms could pop up in our skies very soon!

Posted: 10:24 PM My mind is trying to process a lot right now. I am still trying to figure out if its a cold front or a Cal-front coming to Kentucky. Oh Wait... the Cal-front came on Wednesday. So the cold front must be coming soon! Do you see what I did there? I made a corny joke! HAHAHA

Posted: 10:25 PM We have been hit by two rounds of wet weather over the last few days. The third one is lurking out there and will make a run across Kentucky this weekend.

Updated: 10:45 PM Most daytime highs got knocked down about 10-15 degrees. That all came with the showers and the thick cloud cover that moved into the region on Wednesday.

Posted: 10:33 PM On Sunday evening... I was out and about in shorts, flip flops (which I never wear) and short sleeves. Even went to the movies to watch Knowing like that. It even felt great then and even better now! The equalizer is coming though.

Updated: 10:38 PM If anything, we are above normal for Spring. These highs are very warm compared to where we should be for this period in March. Again, I question whether or not it will stick!

Posted: 11:07 PM With us still in the early stages of Spring 2009 it is usually a safe bet to put your money on at least one more cold push. There is some data saying the same thing!

Updated: 10:28 PM Temps will make a run up the old thermometer on Wednesday. Daytime highs will likely hit the low and even possibly the mid 70s widespread. Then a "Cool" front makes its way across Kentucky.
