From the Comments: Obama’s Health Care Reform a “Death Sentence”

Obama's proposed health reform proposal is clearly an attempt to nationalize 20% of the American economy. In my case it would be devastating: I would be denied certain treatments because of my age. It would be a death sentence.

Replying to my earlier blog Viewers Offer Their Prescriptions for President Obama’s Healthcare PlanBill from Whitesburg writes:

I do NOT want some bureaucrats limiting my treatment options (rationalizing) that is, a death sentence for me and anyone over a certain age because the money could best be spent on young workers in spite of my hard work over my years.  Shame on this administration and democratic liberals for suggesting such and taking American people to be ignorant.  Thank you.

Cindy from London writes: The best solution is the one where government is NOT running anything. Look at Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid.  It was supposed to help those who worked, but needed help.  Now it is mainly abused by people who are too lazy to work.

Our Federal Government cannot manage themselves and you think they would do a better job on your healthcare, you are DREAMING!!!  The best thing to do is make health insurance more affordable, offer more choices, and regulation that makes sure, if you pay your premiums, you get your medical care, whether it be cancer, or birth control pills.  It should be easier for working families to have health insurance, instead of the parasites who haven't worked, refused to work, bleeding the rest of us dry!

Also, if you don't think our taxes won't go up, think again.  How do you think the government is gonna pay for this?  Those of us who work, and make a little money to survive from payday to payday.  Take a look at Europe's Healthcare, rationing, etc.

Thanks for submitting your comments.  There is still time for your to join in the conversation.  How do you feel about the President’s plan to reform health care?  Do you support the changes?  I would like to hear your thoughts.

I am a firm believer in the people. If given the truth, they can be depended upon to meet any national crises. The great point is to bring them the real facts.
