President Obama ask Americans to listen and discuss health care reform. The GOP response calls for respectful debate over the issues. You can watch President Obama's and the GOP weekly address here.

President Barack Obama is urging Americans to “listen to one another” on health care.  In his Saturday radio and Internet address, the President says there are “legitimate differences worthy of real discussion” if people will lower their voices.

The President warns Americans not to believe the health care reform "rumors".

Republican Senator Orrin Hatch says the health care overhaul requires a bipartisan solution and that bigger government is not the answer. In the GOP weekly address,  Hatch says there’s “nothing un-American about disagreements” on issues.

The Utah Republican says the country expects Washington to tackle health care reform in an “honest and responsible manner.”  But he adds, “more spending, more taxes and more government is not the answer.”

Has the debate changed your mind about the proposed health care reforms?  I’d like to hear what you think.  You can share your ideas on this blog.  I’ll post some of your comments later this week.
