Republicans are accusing President Barack Obama of ignoring American’s wishes when it comes to the health care overhaul.  In the GOP weekly radio and Internet address, Sen. John Cornyn of Texas says the President is paying lip service to bipartisanship, while rejecting ideas that would bring the parties together.
