President Obama’s weekly address: Tragedy at Fort Hood

President Barack Obama used his weekly radio address and Internet address to praise those who helped end the gunfire at Texas’ Fort Hood. The President said soldiers used their training to end the tragedy that left 13 dead and 29 injured on American soil.

President Barack Obama used his weekly radio address and Internet address to praise those who helped end the gunfire at Texas’ Fort Hood.  The President said soldiers used their training to end the tragedy that left 13 dead and 29 injured on American soil. 

The President says, “We saw the worst of human nature on full display, we also saw the best of America.”
