President Obama is urging Congress to hold off on any investigation into the Fort Hood rampage for the time being. In his weekly address, the President says federal law enforcement and military authorities should be given a chance to complete their probe first. He asked lawmakers to resist any temptation to turn the tragedy into “political theater.”
