The bill passed 60-39 with no Republicans voting in favor of the health care reform legislation.  Democrats needed a 60-vote majority to advance the measure to a full debate.

A "yes" vote is a vote to allow the legislation to advance for a full debate.

Voting no were 0 Democrats and 39 Republicans.
