President Obama’s weekly address: Reigning in budget deficits

President Obama says he would like to see Congress reinstate the “pay-as-you-go” rules that produced budget surpluses in the 1990’s. While the President says jobs is his top domestic priority this year, he says trimming the deficit is just as important to sustaining the economic recovery.
