President Barack Obama is promising to overhaul the No Child Left Behind education law. In his weekly radio and Internet address, President Obama says he wants to reward schools that show “real progress” and encourage change in schools that “are letting their students down.” The President says his plan will prepare students for life after high school and place better teachers at the blackboards.
