(AP) A California Congressman says Democrats are out of touch with citizens who are “fed up with the spending, the taxes, the bailouts and the debt.”

In the GOP weekly address, Representative Kevin McCarthy says a new Internet initiative, America Speaking Out, is aimed at restoring the ability of the American people to drive America’s agenda by posting ideas to the website.

Last week 5^th District Congressman Hal Rogers talked about the new web initiative.
